Hafren Dyfrdwy wants your number!
Thursday 25th February 2021
Hafren Dyfrdwy is asking customers for phone numbers, so the company can keep in touch and provide essential updates quickly and efficiently.
The company, that provides customers with their water and water services from Wrexham to Powys, wants all customers to make sure their details are up to date, so they can be contacted and supported when needed.
Katie Wood, external relationships officer from Hafren Dyfrdwy said: “Although we work really hard to keep things running as a smoothly as possible, there are times when we may need to contact our customers quickly, and texting is the best way we can do that.
“We really want our customers to make sure their contact details are up to date, so in the event of something happening, like a burst pipe or work in the area that may affect them we can quickly get in touch. This means they can keep fully updated all without having to contact us, as we’ll do all of that for them!”
Hafren Dyfrdwy will only use the number to contact customers about service-related issues, and customers can simply go to the website and register their details.
The company also encourages customers to sign up to its Priority Services Register, if they feel they would benefit from a more personalised service. The register helps identify any vulnerable customers or those with medical conditions and offers a wide range of support.
The register also helps anyone who would benefit from having their bills in a different format, such as braille, or a different language, so they can receive a better, tailored service.
“If customers can let us know how we can better support them, and provide us with their phone number we can be sure that whenever there’s an issue, or update they need to know, we can quickly get the message to them and provide them with the support they need.”
