We have several schemes that can help you if you’re struggling to pay your bill, whatever your circumstances.
From setting up regular, manageable payments, to reducing your bill to an amount you can afford if you’re on a low income, we’re here to help.

Help from the Welsh Government
In order to assist households on low incomes, Welsh Government has introduced a Fuel Support Scheme for 2022. As well as other discretionary schemes to help support other households who may be struggling but do not fit into the above criteria.
