Open challenge session on our business plan for 2025-30

In 2023 we held two ‘Your water your say’ meetings where our customers and stakeholders helped shape our 2025 to 2030 business plan. At the start of October 2023, we submitted the plan to Ofwat for assessment.

These sessions were a great opportunity for our customers and stakeholders to hear what we have planned to help deliver change in the next five years, and to ask any questions.
